Context

Hampton Grange is a leading estate agency specialising in high-end residential and commercial properties. Known for its bespoke service and expertise in the luxury market, the agency needed marketing materials that captured its refined aesthetic and communicated its reputation for quality and trust.

Approach

The project involved designing a sleek brochure presenting Hampton Grange's services, alongside the inaugural edition of a 24-page magazine featuring insights into the luxury property market. The brochure took a minimalist approach, pairing sophisticated typography with striking photography to convey exclusivity without overstatement. The magazine called for a different kind of thinking, closer to editorial design than marketing collateral, balancing visual richness with well-structured content covering property trends, market insights, and expert commentary. Launching a first issue meant establishing a design language that felt considered and replicable from the outset.

Impact

The brochure and magazine strengthened Hampton Grange’s visual identity and enhanced its marketing presence across print and client-facing communications. The designs conveyed confidence and sophistication, positioning the agency as a trusted authority in the luxury property sector and deepening engagement with its discerning audience.
