Travel Zines
An ongoing series exploring how design can reinterpret the experience of travel.
The Travel Zines series treats travel as raw material for visual experimentation. Each zine begins with photography taken on location, later reworked through layout, sequencing, and typographic rhythm to create a new reading of place. Rather than documenting a journey, the aim is to recompose it - using design to explore how fragments of architecture, signage, and surface texture can shape memory and meaning.
Guided by spontaneity and visual rhythm, the process often favours instinct over structure. Composition becomes a way of editing perception, translating the movement and atmosphere of travel into print. Collectively, the series functions as an evolving design practice - an open archive of places reimagined through form, space, and visual cadence.
